er, not quite sure what you're trying to do here, as you can't have
phaser and flanger at the same time on the GT3.

If you want the CTL pedal to turn the phaser off and the flanger on
and vice-versa, then change the CTL Assign target to be FX Select,
with a target min of phaser and a target max of flanger.

If you do want flanger and phaser at the same time, get a GT8 or GT10 :)

I'm not sure why you really need flanger and phaser both at the same time as they are closely related effects, and I would have thought it would create a bit...
