Description

What a gasser!Gary Usher

The Gary Usher mailing list is dedicated to the surf and hot rod music created by Gary Usher. Hopefully through this group and the Gary Usher web site, the music that Usher created will live on...not only for those of us who grew up listening to his music, but also for those who are just learning about the California sound of which Gary Usher was an integral part.

Gary Usher was heavily involved in the surf and hot rod music scene of California during the 1960s. Later in his career Gary produced many groups such as Sagittarius, The Byrds, Simon Garfunkel and Firesign Theatre. Flea market finds
Last week I picked up Hit City '65 / The Surfaris at a flea market for $5.00. Cover is worn but not too bad. LP looks good, haven't played it yet. Usher
