Bryan Olesen has officially left NEWSBOYS. According to the band’s website, the guitarist departed to focus on his new band, CASTING PEARLS, who is currently enjoying radio and tour success. <>< JEREMY CAMP’s “Stay” and “Carried Me: The Worship Project” have both been certified Gold, according to the RIAA, each shipping more than 500,000 units. <>< CHRIS TOMLIN’s album, “Arriving,” has been certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America, signifying 500,000 in sales. In 2005 the project also was named GMA’s “Praise & Worship Album of the Year” and was one of the top five “Best Inspirational Albums” at iTunes. <>< Nominations for the 37th annual GMA Music Awards (Dove Awards) will be announced on Wednesday, February 1st. by REBECCA ST.
