SOUNDBYTES:
This summer, AUDIO ADRENALINE will release their final album, a greatest hits collection entitled Adios, which is set to hit store shelves on August 1st. The new project and a fall tour with MERCYME will mark the final chapter in the group’s decade-long musical career, as band members Mark Stuart, Will McGinniss, Bob Herdman, Ben Cissell and Tyler Burkham plan to retire from performing after 2006. <>< THE SWIFT has lost their long-time drummer, Trae Drose, who recently announced he has “left to pursue the next chapter God has” for his life. Guy Lemon replaces Drose on drums, as the band currently works on their third full-length album. <>< DAVID CROWDER*BAND is getting ready to release B Collision: The Eschatology of Bluegrass, on June 27th. The new album is an acoustic version follow-up to last year’s A Collision, which has been compared to groundbreaking albums of the past from artists such as The Beatles, Bob Dylan and Hank Williams. <>< JEREMY CAMP’s latest CD, Live Unplugged: Jeremy Camp, is now available in a Hallmark Gold Crown stores national promotion along side mainstream artists Neil Diamond, Rod Stewart, SheDaisy, Jim Brickman and Michael Buble. Camp has amassed nine No. 1 radio singles in a row so far and has been featured on the covers of Pollstar, CCM Magazine and Christian Music Planet. <>< Friendship Fest 2006 recently wrapped up in Marrakech, Morocco with over 220,000 Christian and Muslim music fans in attendance.
