CHUCK’S CHUCKLES:
10 Thoughts That Will Make You Go, Hmmmm?-
1. Why do we choose from over fifty contestants for Miss America but just between two for US President?
2. Why are we told to wear loose-fitting clothing for an exercise class when, if we had any loose-fitting clothing in the first place, we wouldn’t need to sign up!
3. Don't argue with an idiot because people watching may not be able to tell the difference.
4. Why is it that our children can't read a Bible in school, but it’s perfectly alright to read if they’re in prison?
5. Why do brain cells deteriorate as we get older, but fat cells live forever?
6. Why do we have to swear on a Bible in court when the Ten Commandments cannot be displayed outside of the courthouse?
7. Bumper sticker seen recently: "If you can read this, thank a teacher, and since it's printed in English, thank a soldier."
8. Life is like a roll of toilet tissue--the closer it gets to the end, the faster it goes.
9. If Winnie the Pooh is “human” enough to keep his honey in jars, why does he scoop it out with his hands (wouldn’t he have a spoon?)
10. Why does it say "shake well" on ketchup bottles, but not on packets of ketchup?
