Integrity artists MARTHA MUNIZZI and ISRAEL HOUGHTON recently walked away with Oasis Awards for International Female and Male Artists of the Year. Cline’s vocal group AS IS won the GMA’s Music in the Rockies “Spotlight” competition in 2000 and he has served as the Worship Pastor at a Nashville-area church for the last four years. <>< One of Billboard magazine’s recent “Faces to Watch” picks, DECEMBERADIO, has been picked to open for mainstream artist Kid Rock at a conference in Dallas later this month. In other DecembeRadio news, bassist Josh Reedy recently married his girlfriend of two years, Rachel Throckmorton, in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. Also Reedy’s groomsman and fellow bandmate and lead guitarist Brian Bunn has set a September 23rd date for his marriage to fiancé Emily Nester. <>< Just weeks after ZOEGIRL’s Alisa (Girard) Childers made known she was leaving the girl group to pursue a solo career, the Christian pop trio has now officially announced they are calling it quits. Childers, Chrissy Conway and Kristin Swinford recently released ZOEgirl:
The Early Years, a retrospective of early hits and fan favorites, and will also finish out the year with appearances this fall on the “Revolve Tour”, a teen event for young girls, before disbanding. <><
