Bob, Larry and their veggie friends will make their national television debut along with Big Idea’s 3-2-1 Penguins! and its’ 2D LarryBoy Adventures on NBC-TV. The faith and family values-themed series has sold over 52 million videos since its debut in 1993. <>< CASTING CROWNS recently headlined three concerts in Nairobi, Kenya and
Cape Town and Johannesburg, South Africa in front of 15,000 Christian music fans. Continuing to draw sold-out crowds around the world, the group’s highly successful “Lifesong Tour” earlier this year was ranked among the top 100 tours in the country, based on ticket sales, in Pollstar magazine’s July ‘06 issue. <>< AMY GRANT will be featured on XM Radio "Artist Confidential" segments from September 25th through October 1st on the subscription radio satellite network. The Grammy-award winning singer will release Time Again…Live, Amy Grant, a live greatest hits CD and DVD, on September 26th. <>< Worship leader and songwriter BRIAN DOERKSEN has been named "Canadian Musician of the Year" by the Christian Bookseller's Association of
Canada. Doerksen, who is a native and resident of British Columbia, has written many popular worship songs, including "Come, Now is the Time to Worship," "Today" and "Refiner's Fire." <>< TODD AGNEW’s upcoming holiday album will retell the Christmas story from the personal perspectives of some of the eyewitnesses to Christ’s birth - the innkeeper, the Magi and the angels. Do You See What I See? will hit stores on October 3rd and features Agnew, newcomer JOY WHITLOCK as the innkeeper, Christie Nockels (WATERMARK) as Mary, Mike Weaver (BIG DADDY WEAVE) as Simeon, ANTHONY EVANS as the angel and Michael O’Brien (recently
of NEWSONG) as the shepherd. <>< Band members of THE LISTENING, formerly known as ROCK ‘N’ ROLL WORSHIP CIRCUS, narrowly escaped serious injuries recently when their touring van hit a deer, causing the vehicle to flip over and throw lead singer and guitarist Gabriel Wilson out of the van.
