Exalting Him 2004, a national Christian talent search sponsored by Daywind Soundtracks, Family Christian Stores, Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), and Salem Music Networks, has started airing daily on TBN. The program airs daily at 6:30 PM (CST) and is scheduled to run through this Friday (November 26th.) Preliminary regional competition drew over 2,000 contestants from across the United States in Dallas, Orlando, Nashville, Raleigh, Seattle, New York City, Chicago, and Atlanta. Eighteen finalists and two wild card winners continued at the finals in August at TBN’s Nashville studio with GARY CHAPMAN and JOYCE MARTIN hosting the taped event. Rumors are that AMY GRANT has officially left her long-time mainstream label, A&M Records, because she "didn't fit anymore.” Grant is still set to release a new hymns album in spring 2005 that will include the traditional "Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus" and a new version of "Carry You." <>< BLEACH has just completed recording their sixth and final project. According to frontman Davy Baysinger, Farewell Old Friends will release on March 1st. <>< SWITCHFOOT will perform their smash crossover radio hit “Dare You to Move” on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno Tuesday night (Nov. 23rd.) at 10:35 PM CST. <><
