I was there...and it rocked! Yes, Mr. Chill stopped by for a few songs
on the harp...Fantastic!!
Although not as loud as I was expecting, considering they were stuck
using the 'house' equipment, but he Gord whipped everyone up!

[Apologies to those who have seen this message already.]
Greetings Y'all: First off, we'd like to extend our apologies to anyone who
came out to our
show at Redrum in Austin on April 7. Unfortunately we were not able to play as
Grady
Johnson came down with an acute case of food poisoning at 9PM that night. It
was doubly
frustrating, as Grady interrupted his production schedule with Gov't Mule to fly
in from
New York especially to play that show.
The video for "Woman Got My Devil" is done and presently on light rotation on
MuchMore
Music. Produced by Michael Maxxis and directed by David Hogan, the video
features
Witchbaby from A & E's Rollergirls, as well as a number of other Rollergirls in
supporting
roles. It was shot in Luck, Texas, an 1800's western town owned by Willie
Nelson.

Stay tuned for some Canadian touring this summer
Come back and see ole GRADY sometime
The new drummer's name is Billy Maddox. My bro thinks he's a pretty
good fit for the band, but hasn't talked to him very much.
I found a "Billy Maddox" profiled on the "bookaband" website.
He's toured with Bobby Mack and Tom Principato. He's also played in
the Electromagnets and with guitar great Eric Johnson.
Originally from Abilene, Texas, he played with Cadillac and Sputnix
with Keith Landers and Noel Kelton (of Johnny Dee & the Rocket 88's).
The "bookaband" he was listed under was called Hot Brown Boys.
I can host a few shows on my server. Someone shoot me
an e-mail at josh@... if you'd like to
upload a few.

Travis,
What is the quality like on these recordings? I have done several
trades/Weeds/BnP's/Etc on other groups and some were great, some were
really bad.
I like the concept on archive.org where you can download a .flac or
.shn file to preview the recording and if you don't care for the
quality you can trash it. I don't mind doing the mail route but am
nervous about the quality.

I don't tape, but I do like listening to live music from a taped venue I cannot get to myself.
