Dave,
Try guitar-masters.com under charts . . . there is a
lead sheet (real book style) of it there, with the
chords above . . . I play it with these in a gypsy
swing style and it seems to work. I do belive however
that grapelli played this tune in G instead of C- so
you might have to transpose it to play along with his
cds.
