Gryphon in Palo Alto is an excellent source for Gypsy books in general ... but
the closest thing to a "chord book" would be the Robin Nolan books that seem to
be available only online. ... and after reading thru the first book, you may
never need a "gypsy chord book".

At the risk of sounding trite, there aren't that many gypsy chords... especially
if you only use 3 or 4-note chord forms, but you have to know them very well.
