I believe it might be on Integrale 1 or 2 -- Stephane plays it (actu ally has me learning it) but the only recording I have is his. ... James Holloway ...

I don't think there is a recording yet discovered ( or documented ) made by Django of this. An early recording of it was by Matelot Ferret - you can get this...

Stephane told me Django wrote it (on banjo) when he was 12 or 13 -- I guess then it became part of the manouche reportoire by being passed around in the camps,...
