There's Michael Collins, http://www.collinsguitar.com/, but he's really in Canada near Toronto. Also Michael Dunn and Shelly Park, they are both excellent high end luthiers. Bernie Lehmann in rochester N.Y makes gypsy guitars and other types also. And I'm sure that there are more.
