WEBCAST UPDATE -- REPLAY SCHEDULE

The Webcast is up and running. Thanks again for your
understanding. We are announcing the times of the replay.

The first half of Quarterfinal session number one will start
Saturday July 8 at 8:30 AM, and run for roughly two hours. Next on
the normal schedule is the College Quartet Contest live. Then we
will replay the second half of the Quarterfinal session number 1,
starting roughly at 2:30 PM and running for another two hours.

The second Quarterfinal session will be run in its entirety at
12:00 Noon on Sunday until roughly 4:00 PM. That is the earliest
we can run it because we have contests almost non-stop between
now and that time. Most people received the major parts of
that session.

As an added bonus, we will again replay the Quartet Quarterfinal
Session one in its entirety Sunday evening from 6:00 PM-10:00 PM.
The 2006 Webcast will conclude at that time.

If you feel that our solution is still not satisfactory, you
may take advantage of our special offer for either the 2007
Midwinter Convention from Albuquerque, or the 2007 International
Convention from Denver. If you were on our subscriber list for
this convention and had ordered your subscription for any or all
of the Wednesday sessions, you will be sent an offer approximately
30 days before the next Webcast.

If you choose to purchase the Webcast at that time, we will give
you a 25% discount on that purchase. You may get the discount
on either of the 2007 Webcasts, but not both. Because we have
your member ID number, or your e-mail address, and hopefully your
mailing address, we will be able to track you for this special
offer. If for some reason you change any of the addresses,
please notify us before the next Webcast.

If that is still not satisfactory, send an e-mail to any or
our help lines after Monday, July 10th, and we will give you a
pro-rata refund of 20% of your purchase price. Please wait until
after Monday July 10, to make that request.

Thanks again for your help, cooperation and patience. I’m sure
sorry for the inconvenience, and we will do our best to avoid
things like this in the future.
