Hello,

I apologize, I realize I left off some important information on the
Somerset field trip: the date and time!

The fieldtrip to the National Mall is taking place on Thursday, July 9.
We gather at the festival hotel at 9:30 am that morning, and will return
about 4:30 that afternoon. The cost for those who have registered for
the festival is just metro fare and lunch, which we will have at the
Gallery of Art.

I believe you can register for just the single day of the field trip,
but encourage you to come to the entire festival if you can. Space for
the field trip is limited, so if you want to join us please either let
the festival people know or you can tell me and I'll be sure the right
people know to add you to the list.

Sorry for the double posting. I should have re-read my first post to be
sure it was complete before hitting "send."
