Houston Early Music has received questions from several patrons about how to
order tickets for the Academy of Ancient Music concert (11 October) at Hobby
Center for the Performing Arts. For this concert only, please call Hobby
Center box office at 713-315-2525 to place your order. Their office hours
are 10am-6pm, Monday - Friday. If you call outside those hours, you may
leave a message with your phone number.

Please note that at this writing there seems to be some confusion in the
operation of the Hobby Center box office, and our patrons have received
incorrect information from the Center box office operator and/or recorded
message. Furthermore, the Academy of Ancient Music concert is not listed on
the Hobby Center website for online ticket purchase. Houston Early Music
regrets the confusion and is urgently working with the Hobby Center to
resolve the problem. Please be assured that the concert will occur as
