I've heard of some of the "startups" that will be hanging out there;
others I'm unfamiliar with.

No new 'Net radio royalty settlements have been announced yet; only
those for the types of webcasters mentioned in last week's post on the
subject. That means there are still a lot of webcasters unsure of how
much they'll be paying in coming years. Stay tuned!
