Herbie Herbert was interviewed for 8 hours, but Steve Perry made VH1 only about 30 seconds on the Behind the Music episode.
Herbie said that he was interviewed for 8 hours by VH1
for the BTM episode. However, recall that he was only
on the show for about 30 seconds. Steve Perry had so
much editorial control that much of the truth was
never revealed. I encourage everyone to read the
interview with Herbie to see how things really were.
