August 2007 marked the 30-year anniversary of the death of Elvis; October 2007 marked the 30th Anniversary of Jack in his career as an Elvis Tribute Artist.

March 2007 marked the release of Jack's CD single “Just One More Time”, with backup vocals provided by The Jordanaires. To read more about how this song came to be, please visit Jack's website at www.LSTProductions.com. Copies of the CD are available for sale at Jack's shows. Show/venue locations are listed on the website under "Upcoming Appearances". During the Spring and Summer of 2007, Jack traveled to various venues to promote his new song, which included an audience of over 100,000 in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada, who had the distinct privilege of hearing Jack sing his new release, live, for the first time!

In addition to Canada, Jack has traveled throughout the United States, Ecuador, and the UK. Jack just recently returned from his 11th trip to England where the UK Jack Smink fans attended sold-out shows of Jack's at venues in Basingstoke, Ascot, Windsor, and London.
