Hi Everybody:
I haven't posted my report because I am still recovering from the whole weekend. I should be able to write a detailed description of all that too place by tomorrow night. Sorry.
Sufficed to say it was the best of them all; so much nostalgia, laughs, great music, other J & D fans, new fans, the town itself, auditorium, seating, management who were so gracious, etc, etc. It was all this and more, and this why I want to take my time and do it right.
Derrick, I still don't agree with you that Dean can't hit the high notes. Lori Brown, my son Marlin and those who there couldn't believe the quality and energy that he displayed Saturday night. They dedicated Deadman's Curve to Jan, the tears ran down my cheeks. I am truly sorry all of you couldn't come, because it was so special in so many ways. Having Lori Brown there was most helpful and while we talked about so many of you, all good, Sheldon Castle was the topic of conversation on several occasions.
Get back to you soon.
Steve
