Well, it's not exactly a unique idea. I mean, it looks like it's basically along the same lines as the "Gotta Take That One Last Ride" CD, which I think is still in print and available on the internet. The "One Last Ride" CD also had the original mono mixes of many of their hits and singles, although it had less songs than this new collection.
I'll definitely being buying this new CD, and I'm glad to see that attention is being paid to Jan & Dean once again. I'm just not sure that it's going to sell very well, since most of these songs are already available on "Gotta Take That One Last Ride" and various other CD compilations.

GTTOLR was mono, but may not have been Jan's mono mixes. This album uses Jan's original 45 singles masters. I'm guessing that back in the day when Bones...
I think, if I'm not mistaken, the mono mixes back in the day were Jan's - and mixed first, before the stereo. I'm not sure what mixes Dean used for GOTTA......
