Second, HELP needed from any J&D/BB fan driving to this convention from north-to-south, who is willing to extend me all transportation and a shared hotel room or suite. In return, I am willing to share gas, driving, hotel expenses. If you are driving down to NC from NY, NJ, or even Delaware, please contact me (roothk@...) to arrange this trip.

I'd been unable to attend any concerts since about 2000 until recently, after becoming disabled. But the last year or two since my separation from my husband, my health improved enough for me to go to this convention as long as I'm not alone and can share expenses. Dean and most oldtimers on this egroup website know me and I have been going to see Jan & Dean and Beach Boys in concert since 1978. Thanks, roo.
