Private Saxophone lessons from one of Upstate New York's most experienced Saxophonist Jimmie Highsmith, Jr. I am now accepting students for lessons starting Sept 2008! No long term contacts, month to month agreements.... 

Beginning & Intermediate Lessons will cover all aspects of Saxophone pedagogy and instruction. Learning to read music, basic music theory, scales and melodic patterns. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about Saxophone playing or music theory or just music in general. I am a firm believer that spending time learning and studying the basics and learning to read music well is the fast way to learn how to play any musical instrument. It is my hope that all my students not only grow musically but in other areas of their lives as well.
