Inventory / Purchase Order Administrator for the energy
manufacturing Industry

2 month contract opportunity in Alpharetta, GA potential contract-to-
hire or contract long-term extension based on your knowledge, skills
& abilities.

The hours are 8:00 to 5:00 with an hour off for lunch.

$10/hr-$12/hr

We are looking for an intelligent, personable, inventory/purchase
order/accounting specialist to administer the new Timberline
purchase order system. We have about 25 people working in this
office, about 15 in the field, and dozens of subcontractors.

The job will involve:

· Ordering entry, tracking, analyzing, managing and
monitoring parts and various inventory for Wood and Gas Fired
burners and Boilers, thermal Oil Heaters Electrical Cogeneration
Systems, Graphics Combustion Controls Systems, Lumber Dry Kilns,
Exhaust Gas Re-Circulation of Existing Systems and Equipment

· Need a personable, logical & analytical thinker who makes
friends well

· Create, Administrator & distribute purchase orders parts
and various

· DETAIL oriented - Mechanical & mathematical aptitude with
ability to

· Parts Measurement knowledge with ability determine the
difference between llb, inches, & feet

· Detailed data entry is critical in this function.

· Some exposure to accounting and budgeting responsibilities
HUGE PLUS not required will Support Engineering manager as needed

· Purchase , order and project manage the delivery and
receipt if new parts and inventory - Parts ordering expertise
preferred

· Mechanical, mathematical, detail oriented aptitude
required; Will extract, analyze and download inventory of parts
orders and parts # into Timberline accounting system.

· ASME and ANSI Power Piping standards knowledge huge plus
NOT REQUIRED!



Candidate must be personable, mature and driven. Organization and
prioritization skills are a must since multiple tasks are the order
of the day. Perfect candidate will have some knowledge of
