Hi,
I actually posted the radif tunings for the Kamancheh a while back. Search the group. I think Parham reposted it: http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/Kamanche/message/280
As for instructions, there are non-English books by Ostad Azarsina (a methods book and a radif book, where the tunings came from). Try Ketab.com if you're in the US.
