So far still image cameras have been allowed but Video cameras are not allowed at the mainstage (at least that's the only stage that has such signs posted)....

Regarding the music, As Dan mentioned the Arlo Hagler Stage begins the Festival with open mic. Signups begin at 12:30, open mic at 1:00 and will end about 4pm....
