Knowles, Jay and some Def Jam executives were at STK on West 12th Street on Saturday talking about the four-day "party" - but insiders say it will be more than a birthday celebration. "Beyoncé is throwing Jay a four-day birthday party, but it's really a wedding," said one source. Guests, including family and close friends, were told to have passport applications filed by last Friday so they can attend the bash on a yacht in St. Barts. But insiders said the guests will also be ferried over to Anguilla for the wedding at Cap Juluca, a five-star resort with Moorish villas. Another spy said Knowles and Jay-Z had toured the site earlier this year and approved it for their nuptials. Reps for Knowles, Jay-Z and Cap Juluca didn't return calls or e-mails. The rapper/mogul has dated the lovely Knowles, now bigger than ever with her star turn in "Dreamgirls," for four years.

They came to Macy's on State Street Thursday armed with cameras, decked out in custom-made Ts like one proclaiming "Beyonce My #1 Dreamgirl," and clutched CD liners in hopes of nabbing an autograph from the fabulous Miss Knowles.

And while they waited for the pop diva to arrive, they grooved to the Grammy Award-winner's new chart-topping CD, "B'Day."

Although Beyonce and mom Tina officially stopped by to introduce the nation's first House of Dereon in-store boutique, fashion didn't seem foremost on the minds of the 2,000 fans who thronged Macy's first floor and atrium balconies to glimpse the star.

It was all about showing love for their girl, greeting her with popping flashes, huge smiles and ear-piercing, Beatlesque screams.

"This is CRAZY," a ponytail-wearing Beyonce told the young crowd after taking the stage alongside her Dereon-designing mom. "Hello, everybody!"

With a clothing line offering everything from stage-ready bustier gowns to trend-right skinny jeans and wrapped-and-tucked jersey dresses, the Knowleses spent two years creating their latest venture.

"It was important we didn't just put my name on something I wasn't involved with or wasn't proud of," Beyonce told interviewer Bobbie Thomas, co-host of E! Entertainment Television's "Fashion Police," and her shrieking fans.

Just how does a 25-year-old juggle a brand-new fashion line, best-selling CD, budding film career and onstage performances like tonight's at Macy's Glamorama?

"It's tough at times, making sure I balance myself and have time to relax and recharge and come up with new ideas," Beyonce admitted. "It is possible to do. I'm doing it now -- at least the best I can."

And her Chicago fans appreciate her keeping it real.

"I'm not obsessed," claimed University of Chicago student John Frame, 22. "It's not the trivial things, but she really respects her music, respects her fans, takes time to deliver."
