Here is something by Kari Lempiäinen from a long time ago. I don't
recall the details, but I do remember him being a very friendly
person. His site is still online and the file is available for
download:

This one is not free, but $35. It is a fantastic program and well
worth the money. I approached Mark about creating an editor for the
03R/W after seeing the one he had done for the Waldorf XT. He was
willing, so I sent him my 03R/W for some weeks and this is the result:

That is all I know of, other than the big universal ones like
Soundiver and MidiQuest.
