I believe both of these are possible, but I do not have any cards to
test it with. As long as the cards contain no waveforms that the
patches need then it should be possible.

Anyone else on the list know?

That's a great deal on the MS! I've never used owned one but it seems
to have a good following. The interface should make programming easy
and fun. :)
