I'm not sure that you have had your question answered yet.

If it helps:

Note that the card bank data is not included with the
general "Receive Data" function; because of this I would suggest
that you change to Bank C or D and use "Pull Bank" from the "Card"
window menu.

This should address the issue. If not please feel free to post
