Are you using a Windows-based software editor for the 03R/W? If so, a
program called Midi-Ox can capture any sysex commands sent from the
editor and so that they can be used in a sequencer.

Midi-Ox allows you to define virtual midi in and midi out ports. You
can send the sysex you want to capture to a virtual midi out port from
the software editor and then loop it back to a virtual midi-in port
that allows midi-ox to capture the sysex messages.
There's probably other ways to do this, but this is the first thing
that came to mind.
