All of the sounds are now in .zip archives on the 03R/W site and can be
downloaded.... Thanks for the extra push I needed to get it done.

I also removed bad links and updated ones that had changed.

The patch conversion software is no longer available. I believe I still
have my registered copy, so if anyone has banks for supported synths,
I'd be happy to convert them for you. It would be great if we had new
sounds for the 03R/W to post on the site.
