hey everybody! i am working on an email to the whole fanlist, but you get
the details first cuz yer on the discussion list!
here ya go...
Hey y'all,
My new as yet untitled song got debuted at a little bar in Worcester on a
Cold Tuesday night three weeks ago. Then I played it three nights later
in a restaurant I play almost monthly, and then I played it for dedicated
fans in Boston at Simmons College last week. (Thanks SO much to everyone
in attendance that night. You made my heart smile.) The reports are most
excellent -- people like the song and it seems to make folks teary-eyed.
But it STILL has yet to be officially named! I received SO many good
ideas for song titles from you all! Thanks SO much for your helpful
suggestions! Twenty people gave me 39 ideas! Wow!
Here are all the suggestions, listed in the order I received them...
Titles marked *** are in the top five!

Fly Away, Littlebird
Littlebird's Big Sky

Can you believe I still haven't decided? For the most part, Roots Dig
Deeper and Harder Than Dying seem to have the most staying power in my
world. But, I still feel pretty wishy-washy about it. So...I think we
need a vote! Will you please send your votes my way? These are the
choices:
My Small Sky
Roots Dig Deeper
Harder Than Dying
If you need to re-read the lyrics, they are here: www.kmetal.net/8-3-04.html.
I solemnly swear to count your votes accurately and to really truly let
your votes make a difference! Please send your votes to vote@...
and put "song title vote" in the subject. So much thanks!!!
