Allegedly, Fremantle Media (American Idol) is suing fan sites with FOX
media content. Pictures, audio and video... From what I hear they are
not just asking for the media to be removed from the site, but are
demanding damages with a threat of litigation. They are going after
everyone--big or small. They mentioned official photos, screen caps and
audio clips as definite no-no's.
It is a sad day for AI fans... I am sorry.
