Austin Reproductive Services, a nonprofit abortion clinic, seeks
part-time (20-30 hours/week, including Saturdays) Patient Advocate to
work in both medical and administrative clinic areas. Position
includes varied duties such as phlebotomy, sonography, medical
assisting, client education and advocacy, and patient intake.
Experience preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will be
comfortable in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong written
and verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented, knowledgeable
about women's reproductive health, and capable of working harmoniously
with patients and staff in a sometimes stressful environment.
Bilingual candidates preferred. High school diploma required; ideal
