** RECAPS FROM FIRE EATER WIZARD **
On The Metallic Onslaught: We got to hear the recording of the interview
that Rick had conducted a couple weeks ago with Jim from the band Chimaira.
They rock, and it was a great interview. Thor The Viking was back. And
Shoebox was there. Yes, that's right, the unthinkable happened, and hell is
freezing over, and pigs are learning to fly as we speak. Shoebox also
brought along with him this time, Coffee, no, not the beverage, (although, I
suppose he might've brought that too), but Coffee, of the Band Coffee inc.,
Shoebox's fellow rock star, and often times companion on concerts and
records. Coffee has been on The Last Exit before, and this was his second
visit to The Onslaught. Shoebox and Coffee played many duets live and
acoustic on the air. Very funny! After Thor arrived, (this was the first
time Thor and Shoebox had encountered each other), he and Shoebox had some
interesting exchanges. They decided to prance together, and that was quite
something to behold. They also had a brawl in which Thor suplexed Shoebox.
That too was quite something to behold. In the commentary of Joe, Thor
lifted Shoebox like 9 feet in the air, and then threw him down. Bear in mind
that Shoebox weighs like 600 pounds. This feat forced everyone present to
show respect and appreciation to Thor, even starting a "Thor! Thor! Thor!"
chant. Near the end of the night, Thor once again forced a pill down Joe's
throat, causing him to turn back into Ian The Viking. Now, the last time Ian
had seen Shoebox, he had become infatuated with him, (the way Warf had been
infatuated with Lance), although he kept calling him Mailbox. And tonight
was no different. Ian started attacking Shoebox, going after him with the
giant hammer screaming "Mailbox! I love you! Therefore I must kill you!". He
kept on saying that and going after Shoebox, err, I mean, Mailbox. And that
was how the show ended. This week... Who knows what will happen?? I
seriously doubt if Shoebox/Mailbox will be there, as I don't see how he
could possibly make two appearances in a row, but you never know, it is a
bizarre world, after all, and getting stranger all the time... And you never
know who may be there, Joe, Joe Jeff, Ian The Viking, Thor The Viking,
Jeffie, or who knows who or what else... Tune in and hear...
On The Last Exit For The Lost: No Joe, as in no Just Joe. No Gorgar either.
Perhaps they were both still traumatized and recovering from their ordeal of
the week before, being held captive by insane, evil, zombie spiders bent on
world domination... Shoebox was supposed to be there, but was not as the
poor baby apparently just can't manage to do two shows in two nights. Poor
baby! Or, perhaps, Ian The Viking killed him with the giant hammer... In any
case, he was not there. Angela, she of the incredibly powerful voice,
vocalist of If Man Is Five, and Brianna, guitarist of If Man Is Five, were
there. They played many of there songs live and acoustic on air. They were
awesome as always. And Brianna lucked out, as she always gets sick in the
presence of Just Joe, (well, we all do, but she really seems to get
physically ill even more than the rest of us do), and, as I mentioned, he
was absent. Also there was Amy, she who had covered Just Joe in pudding
(extremely thoroughly covering him, he even had it deep in his ears) a few
months ago and then made him eat himself. Amy got vibrated by Angela, and
enjoyed it extremely. Vibrated by her powerful vocals, of course. :)
Pervert! What were you thinking there!?!? :) Amy was asked and gave her
answers to many of those questions from www.theinsanedomain.com. In the last
portion of the show, the recording of The Punch Drunk Monkey's, complete
with Crappy The Clown, performance, from The Xtreme Soundscapes Volume 2 DVD
Release Show, back on June 4th, was played back in it's entirety. This also
featured Just Joe, with The Squirtin' Chubbies, trying to play his guitar,
not knowing that a guitar needs strings in it in order to play, because he
is stupid, and then getting bashed over the head with his own guitar by Mr.
Zaremba of Punch Drunk Monkeys. That was extremely cool, as was the whole
Punch Drunk Monkeys performance. It rocked! It sounded great, and it was
awesome to hear it! And that was LE for the week... This week... Who Knows
what and/or who will be there, and what will go on. But something cool will.
It always does. So, tune in and find out what...
**********************************************************
Notes from Azkath...
Yeah, so what is happening this week on the shows? Anyone know? People as
of late don't get back to me/us. I am sure Thor will visit The Metallic
Onslaught. I still haven't heard from Just Joe, but I will assume he may be
back on the Last Exit this week. Maybe GorGar too... We should have Andrew
(ex-Knives) up to the show with some stuff to play from Blood Red Residual,
who will be headlining the Xtreme Soundscapes Show later this month at
Castaways (July 28th to be exact)... See below for more details...
I do know, but hope that Thor does not, that today is National Nude Day.
I also know that we should have Angels Beneath Me up to the Last Exit studio
next week, and they will also be on that show on the 28th, along with Timur
Lenk and Never the Sunshine...

STORY OF THE WEEK
Hamster saved
A pet hamster is at the centre of a bizarre police investigation after
it was put in a sealed envelope and posted in a letter box, it has been
revealed.
It was rescued by a Cambridge postman who saw it wriggling as it tried
to eat its way out of its cardboard prison.
Patrick Von Heimendahl, a vet who examined the animal, told the BBC: "I
find this utterly cynical to post a hamster. She is lucky to survive."
The hamster, found in a post box, is being looked after by the vet.
Mr Von Heimendahl added: "It must have been very hot in there and did
not have any food in there or water.
"I don't think she would have survived for very much longer."
'Surprised and shocked'
The hamster is thought to have been in the box for about four hours.
Rob Maher, the postman who spotted the package, said: "I swore when I
saw it. I was surprised and shocked.
"They (anyone who posted it) must either have a grudge against someone
or someone playing a sick joke."
The hamster was found in the city centre box on Wednesday.
