** Recaps from Fire Eater Wizard **

On The Metallic Onslaught:

When the body which used to house Jeffie, and now contains, Jeffie, Thor The
Viking, Pepe, and who knows how many other people, arrived, Pepe was still
in control and had been all week. He was his extremely hyperactive self, (he
is a very up personality, though, always singing, dancing, and very happy),
singing "La Cucaracha", dancing all over the place, and greeting everyone
enthusiastically, especially Lance, whom he kept calling sexy and molesting.
Now, something else about Pepe, he leaves Pepe slime or goo everywhere he
goes. It didn't take long for the whole place to be covered with it, since,
as I've said, Pepe is very hyper, and is all over the place in a minute.
They soon decided that this could not go on, and that Jeffie, Thor, or both
of them, were preferable by far to Pepe. By the next talk break, they had
captured Pepe, and had him tied up and gagged. This didn't slow Pepe down
much, he was still talking away a mile a minute, (only now you couldn't tell
what he was saying), and still humming "La Cucaracha". Then Rick came in and
clobbered Pepe, knocking him out. Jeffie and Thor returned. They were both
very upset. Thor told everyone that they needed to cooperate with and work
with him and Jeffie so that Pepe would never see the light of day again.
Then Rick had a puppet. And this puppet was a frog that made frog noises.
Jeffie has never been able to get rid of his fear of frogs, and so became
traumatized and retreated leaving Thor in control, and screaming inside his,
err, their head. Thor didn't understand why Jeffie was acting that way.
Later, they told Thor that he should play a trick on Jeffie, let him out,
and they would make the frog puppet croak again. Thor agreed to this. He
told Jeffie to come out. Jeffie did. The frog went ribbet ribbet, and Jeffie
ran away screaming, with Rick in hot pursuit, taking their collective body
along with him. And that was how the show ended. Tune in this week, and
don't forget, MO now has a chat room, drop by and join in all the fun...

On The Last Exit For The Lost:

Last week, Just Joe had said that he would deliver a band to the show. And
he proved to be true to his word... The band was Ayurveda. They were there
for about half the night. They were interviewed, promoted some upcoming
shows of theirs, and answered many of those theinsanedomain.com questions.
Check them out at: http://www.myspace.com/ayurveda and their web site will
be up shortly, and is: http://www.ayurvedamusic.com And the insanity
continued for yet another week... For the third straight week in a row, what
was meant to be a horrifying traumatizing experience was enjoyed by it's
intended victims. When Just Joe's Hugging Music was played, and he hugged
the first band member, the rest of the band quickly turned it into another
group hug, like Angels Beneath Me had done the week before. Ayurveda seemed
to really enjoy the experience, every time it happened. If this keeps up
much longer, then I think something else might have to be come up with for
visitors to experience. After all, the idea was not to have everyone be
enjoying themselves and having fun with Just Joe, (this is not the kind of
show which has as it's mission to spread warmth and love, after all, but to
spread fear and violence), :) but to have them be thoroughly horrified,
disgusted, and traumatized. :) This obviously isn't working too well
lately, everyone is truly going too insane to be horrified. :) The
featured artist for the night, which ended the show, was Anathema. Tune in
this week... Who knows what will happen, but something will, so listen to
find out what it will be...

Notes from Azkath...

For the Metallic Onslaught there is now a link to our chat room. Other than
that, I updated a few other things on the website, some new pics and such.
There will be more when I get a chance.

Our Xtreme Soundscapes Vol III DVD will be out by Oct 15th, which is, of
course, our DVD Release Show at The Haunt in Ithaca, NY. Angels Beneath Me,
A Day Without Rain, inRed, Divinity Destroyed, and Bone Jar. DVD's will be
free. While they last anyways. So show up early. Show starts at 5pm. Some of
the bands will be up to The Last Exit after the show as well... And Just
Joe plans on getting revenge on Mark from Divinity Destroyed during the
show. We will all see how that turns out.

This week on The Last Exit, we should also have Missing Marcus up to the
show again... And of course, you can't really guess what else may happen.

CRISIS NEWS

Crisis regrets to announce the departure of Gia Wang, our bass
player for the last 12 years. Due to family commitments Gia will be
unable to continue to be a part of the Crisis collective. The band
wishes Gia well in all his future endeavors.

Nick Weitzel, a friend of the band, will be filling in on bass
guitar for the Exodus tour. Crisis will hold auditions for a
permanent bass player position starting in November.

We are looking for an aggressive player who can perform with a live
intensity as well as be a creative force in our improvisational
style of songwriting. We prefer a player that uses a pick unless you
think you are the next Cliff Burton. SERIOUS CANDIDATES ONLY!

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

1.) SEND BIO (NAME, CONTACT INFO, BAND EXPERIENCE, TOUR EXPERIENCE,
MUSICAL INFLUENCES, ANY MUSIC SCHOOL EXPERIENCE)

2.) You must learn the following 4 Crisis songs on your own and send
either an AUDIO or VIDEO with AUDIO RECORDING of you playing "A
Graveyard for Bitches", "Waking the Dead", "Politics of Domination"
and "Nomad".

Send submissions to:

Crisis Bass Player Auditions
c/o The End Records
331 Rio Grande #58
Salt Lake City, UT 84101 USA

If you are invited to audition you will have to make your own way to
California. All candidates must be willing to relocate to Southern
California.

KISS manager Doc McGhee has been toying with the idea of recruiting an
entire band to don the band's famous makeup. McGhee said, "KISS is more like
Doritos or Pepsi", as far as a brand name is concerned. They're more
characters than the individual person. I think new members have a legitimate
chance to carry the franchise.
