Notes from Azkath...

So, that If Man is Five show that was supposed to be their DVD Release,
has now been postponed. So their next show will be next weekend, and
that will be the DVD Release. Also, we MAY be moving the XS DVD Release
a few weeks further on till May, instead of April 20th, but this is not
definite yet, just wanted to give everyone the heads up about that. Ok,
what else... Um, no idea who is coming up for The Last Exit tonight, I
guess we will all find out together. :) I do know that Suicidal
Tendencies will be our feature artist at 5pm.

On The Metallic Onslaught:

I didn't hear MO, so I have no recap for it... Sorry. (** From Azkath -
Not sure what happened either, but from what I heard, EVD showed up,
Jeffie shoved all kinds of things in his pants, including FMG's boot,
got kicked there, drank lots of bleach, and eventually had a bookcase
full of records fall on him. If you want to know more, apparently you
should have listened. :) I do believe the online feed was down, however...)

On The Last Exit For The Lost:

There Were: Just Joe, EVD, Brianna and Angela from If Man is Five, their
sound man George, and Pat from the band Castle Bravo, and formerly of
Lotus Project. It was Foul Mouth Girl's birthday (well, actually,
because I'm exact and precise, her birthday was Saturday, March 10th,
and being that LE begins at midnight, Sunday morning, it had been the
day before, but it's near enough to still count it as being her
birthday). So there was cake, and she got spanked and abused some. Ever
thought about whoever came up with the concept that one needs to be
spanked on ones birthday? I've always wondered about that, they
obviously must have been a real kill joy, but, then again, while it
kills the joy for the birthday person, it brings joy to everyone around
them, so maybe that first judgement is a bit hasty. TTTP was played. No
bullet, so no penalty for Just Joe. They played a trick on Just Joe,
something that's REALLY easy to do. They asked Just Joe what they should
do to him this night? Should they throw something heavy on him? Or?
Maybe? They pretended to be trying to think of something. Then Azkath
said that he had it... He would chase Just Joe outside and beat the crap
out of him. Now I know that doesn't sound like anything new, a version
of that happens almost every week, after all, but this was the set up
for the trick they had come up with to play on Just Joe this week. So
Azkath chased Just Joe outside. Just Joe beat Azkath back inside, and
Azkath pretended to have trouble getting back in right away. This was
all part of the plan, because, while Azkath was still outside, EVD told
Just Joe that he would let him in on a little secret... He told him that
Azkath had a phone in his car that, if someone could get it, it would
give that person complete control over Azkath, as this phone had special
powers. Just Joe quickly went back outside. Azkath came in and asked EVD
if he had told Just Joe what he had said to tell him? EVD affirmed that
he had, and that Just Joe had fallen for it completely right away (of
course he had!, he always does, because he's really stupid, and, thus,
will believe anything he's told, no matter how far fetched or hard to
believe it might be, I mean, he believes everything Jeffie tells him for
God's sake!, and nobody else is that stupid!) and Azkath said "Cool".
Just Joe came back in... With the phone... Azkath pretended to be very
distressed to see that Just Joe had the phone, asking him if he could
have it back? When Just Joe said "No", Azkath said "Please, I need to
have the phone, please give me the phone". Just Joe refused, and said he
wanted Azkath to play him some Dio. Azkath said "Ok", and did so (well,
actually playing the new Black Sabbath, or Heaven And Hell, as it's
called, which features Dio). Next break Azkath again pleaded with Just
Joe to give him the phone back. Just Joe refused, and said he wanted
Azkath to beat EVD up, and then to throw EVD down the stairs. So Azkath
complied, doing both. Next break, Azkath, again, asked for the phone
back and, again, was denied. Just Joe said that he wanted Azkath to
accompany him up to the roof. They went up on the roof... Just Joe told
Azkath to jump off the roof... And Azkath threw Just Joe off the roof.
Azkath came back inside and informed EVD that he had really screwed up
reading the list of songs that had been played before this talk break,
which he had been left to do while Azkath went to the roof. EVD read
them in the reverse order, and mispronounced everything. You leave
someone a simple task, and they can't even perform that right! You just
can't ever get good help these days! Just Joe called in from outside,
whining, whimpering, and wanting to know why Azkath had thrown him off
the roof, and saying that he thought his arm was broken. Azkath informed
him that the phone had never had any powers, that he had just been
pretending to go along with his requests, waiting for him to do
something really stupid and hang himself, which, of course, he didn't
have to wait too long for. Just Joe couldn't seem to grasp any of this,
asking, well, whining, over and over again why Azkath had thrown him off
the roof. Later, Azkath took the phone and clobbered Just Joe with it,
knocking him out cold. EVD asked Azkath if he could see the phone for a
sec? Azkath gave EVD the phone... EVD clobbered Azkath with the phone,
knocking him out cold, saying that that was for his having beaten him up
and thrown him down the stairs earlier to pretend to go along with Just
Joe's requests. EVD said that he was now taking over the show... He
pressed a button... And The Eagles "Hotel California" began playing. EVD
and Pat (now the only ones still conscious) tried desperately to make it
stop, but couldn't. EVD began frantically trying to revive Azkath. It
took a while, but he came around, demanding to know why "Hotel
California" was playing. EVD tried to blame it on Pat. Azkath asked EVD
if he had hit him with the phone, having figured that out. Azkath tried
to get The Eagles to stop, but for quite a while, he couldn't either. No
one new why that had ever started playing out of the board. Finally
Azkath pressed something that made it stop and brought relief to all.
There was no Feature Artist. The show was five hours instead of six this
night as the clocks sprang ahead for Daylight Savings Time... And, happy
birthday to FMG! *spanks FMG*

"Others" the gothic horror metal band from Binghamton NY is looking for
vocalist with an emotional, powerful voice (along the lines of Amy Lee,
Danzig, Michale Graves, Tori Amos, Davey Havoc), preferably with some sort of
training (although not necessary). A natural. Have the "IT" factor. Looks
important but not necessary. Likes metal/horror. Male or Female (Female
preferred). Must be willing to work hard, sing rockers as well as ballads.
Must Live in Binghamton area, have own transportation, be professional,
willing to work with producer, take constructive criticism without taking it
personal, weekends and evening free, be able to practice 2 - 3 nights a week.
Be willing to go the long haul and play out live and tour once and a while.
Again, MUST BE PROFESSIONAL!!!!

New album is in the works!

No drama queens (I have enough problems, don't wanna hear about or deal with
yours), druggies, drunks, barkers, growlers, screamers, cookie monsters,
whiners (please don't waste my time).
