Notes from Azkath

HEY, we have an Xtreme Soundscapes Show Saturday, please come out and
witness it :) $5, 6pm at The Haunt with The Dead Army, Beyond World's
End, Rabid, and Angels Beneath Me... This is our 3rd Anniversary Show,
so, um... There.

There is a silly rumor that Shoebox may be at The Metallic Onslaught
this week. Treat that appropriately.

On The Last Exit, we may have Polyethylene up to the studio after their
show at Castaways, not certain yet, though...

On The Metallic Onslaught:

There were: Joe, Rick, Josh, President Troll Sir, Jeffie, EVD, and Simon
(more on who Simon is in a bit). Josh was ill. No, not in the head,
although that could apply, too, but either with a sinus infection
(which, I guess, is sick in the head, sorry, bad pun, I was having an
EVD moment there), *smacks herself repeatedly with a big stick for
punishment* or with pink eye, which they told him he had. They also
commanded him to infect the whole world with pink eye, and to get on
that right away, by rubbing his eye on everyone in the world. Someone
arrived who sounded like Jeffie, but introduced himself as Simon, and
then went on to explain. Jeffie had invented a drink that would make him
smarter, and it had worked, turning him into the genius they were now
speaking to. He said he new everything, had access to all knowledge, and
he had decided to name himself Simon. However, how smart could he really
be? Because, he said that Jeffie had wanted his name to be Smeffie, but
that was a stupid name, so, they were to please not call him Smeffie.
Which shows he really couldn't be all that smart, since, if you have any
brains at all, you know that the surest way to insure that people will
do something that you don't want them to do, is to let them know you
hate it, and then you'll be stuck with whatever it is forever, unless
you move, make new acquaintances, and are smart enough to have learned
that lesson and not tell your new acquaintances that you don't want to
be called a certain name, or whatever else you don't want done. So, for
the rest of his time there, he was, of course, addressed as Smeffie.
Since Simon, err, Smeffie, said he had all knowledge, President Troll
Sir wanted him to kill everyone in the world. Well, maybe a few folks
could survive, but the vast majority would have to go. Smeffie said he'd
get right on that. He also told them that Lance was dead, when the
aliens killed him, they took over his body, and had used it to control
everyone there's mind at one time or another. Smeffie said that he had
figured out how to bring about Armageddon, and kill everyone... He had
the weapon that would accomplish this, and he was now going to give them
this weapon... What happened next meant either one of two things...
Either the smart drink wore off (as Smeffie had warned them it might,
since he didn't know how long this smartness would last), and Smeffie
turned back into Jeffie at exactly that inopportune moment, since, if
that's the case, then how we can hasten the world's demise is lost, and
we'll just still have to wait for 2012... Or, Jeffie was the weapon that
Smeffie was referring to, and he would end the world, which, given who
we're talking about, could be a strong possibility as well, since any
smart person, which Simon, err, Smeffie, claimed to be, could conclude
that a disaster like Jeffie could perhaps very well cause a
catastrophe... Without even intending to. At any rate, Simon, err,
Smeffie was now gone, and Jeffie was back. Smeffie had tried to fix
Josh's pink eye while he was there, he made a drink for him, but it
didn't work, Josh remained ill, perhaps worse. WIJP? was played. More
than once. The items in his pants were: Joe's keys, Joe's video camera,
which was running the whole time, so it shot some very interesting
footage(!), and, EVD's coffee. Jeffie brawled with Joe, and Josh,
respectively...

On The Last Exit For The Lost:

There were: The Demon Azkath, Foul Mouth Girl, Just Joe, EVD, Dave,
Gorgar, Steve from the band Armageddon Monks, and the band, The Dead
Army, who will be performing at The Xtreme Soundscapes 3rd Anniversary
Show this coming Saturday. They were interviewed about that, and about
themselves, as this was their 1st time on LE. Several songs of their's
were played. They are a cool band. Their web site is:
www.myspace.com\dadeadarmy. TTTP was played. If a bullet played, Just
Joe would be stapled... Again... If no bullet, Dave would be stapled...
No bullet. Dave got stapled. A lot. Azkath also stapled Just Joe, for
good measure, because, when evil demons get things like Boomsticks, or
big staple guns, they just can't help using them, so, no one in their
vicinity is safe. They had various people open The Evil Box again... It
made Gorgar bowl Just Joe down the stairs a few times, using him as a
bowling ball. And later Joe got naked and surfed Dave down teh stairs.
The final hour was another hour of really dark music, as last weeks was
so cool, more was in order...
