ALOHA Danny Couch Fans!
I'm so excited!! I saw Danny's new show on June 13 (Wednesday
night) and it was a pretty FULL crowd! Danny sang Lots of great
tunes. IF you have NOT been able to make it to Hawaii yet since he
started the show... I tell you what... THIS SHOW (and I have seen him
at the Hale Koa, KONA, poolside at the PK and a few other places) is
FAR the best. Danny got better over the years we didn't get to see
him perform. So remember that old statement... SOME THINGS are WORTH
the wait... and WE (Danny Fans) know HE is WORTH the wait.

Danny sang some of my favorites including the song FALLEN... See for
me it was because I saw that song (plus the cover) on his Almost
Paradise CD that I decided NOT to buy the CD ONE YEAR (almost to the
day) of actually MEETING-MEETING him. I put it back because I LOVE
that song and you know how some artists just can't match the original
song, well, I didn't want to be disappointed in the CD because of
that song... (REMEMBER... I did NOT know who Danny Couch was) Of
course a YEAR later I heard it and it's one of my FAVORITES that he
sings. (Did you know that at KUMU 94.7 FM in Honolulu they replaced
the original song and used DANNY'S version instead) Depending on my
mood Fallen sometimes TOPS THESE ISLANDS for me as a favorite song.
So to be able to hear him sing that one just MADE my missing Monday
Night WORTH the 2 day wait...
He also sang the A L O H A song.... I LOVE that song! And (IMO)
it's BETTER with DANNY singing it!!! I will have some photos posted
soon (but not to soon) It's really hard to shoot someone singing and
to capture them without a strange look on their face. Plus how many
photos do you REALLY want to look at? So I'll go through them and we
will be sharing them with ALOHA JOE Magazine and doing a special
feature on Danny's new show.

If you have seen the show and would like to "talk" about it, let us
know... We welcome reviews from fans who want to share. Speaking of
Fans, we would like to welcome some new folks to the group. We hope
that you will share our group with some of your friends. Remember if
we start getting to chatty for your liking, remember you can change
your preference to get daily digest or No Mail or only special
postings by the moderators. Hope everyone of you guys gets to
see/hear Danny's new show. It was WORTH my +5,000 mile flight over.
I just can't wait to MOVE back to Oahu (early fall 07) So if you are
going to be attending a show, I'll be happy to find ANY EXCUSE to
make it back to see Danny's show!!
