Turns out my LinnDrum had some bad RAM memory and some other issues
preventing the unit from clocking properly (at all).
I took the unit to East Coast Music Mall and their on-site tech
there, Andrew Bell, fixed it up perfectly.

Andrew seems to be a great tech both in analog and digital gear.
