Hello all!

I'm new to the group and thought I could introduce myself as the proud owner of
a flawless Linndrum, but...

I received it yesterday and plugged it in as soon it was out of the box. I
bought it from a guy in Germany and had it sent to Belgium. This guy said the
power supply and battery had just been replaced by the best store in Berlin and
it costed him 199 euro (about $275). So I figured this machine would be in
perfect playing condition.

Turning on, no problem. But when I push the buttons, the sound comes about half
a second later. Plus, playing a hihat ritme, it just doesn't do it. You can tap
as fast as you can, but it only plays back like on every second or fourth count.
Did anybody experienced this before or does anybody has any idea what the
trouble might be?

Needless to say, the seller said it played perfectly at his place... He would
include the manual and invoice for the repairs, but they weren't there. He wrote
yesterday he forgot about that and would send them by regular mail (now, that
can happen, so let's just wait for them to appear).
