Hi Jim,
I am no puiter expert but I do know how frustrating this can be. Just
a couple of tips that may help (or not). If you are running XP there
is a way to restore back to a time before you had the problem.I have
used it before and it is fairly easy to do. You can also undo the
restore changes.
If you have an older operating system like Win 98 (which I am using
now)after I tried to uninstall all I could I would delete any folders
which seem to be part of the Softsynth. (they may be in the folder
Program files)
