I don't think it is Live-Styler causing it. Try a different sound source...maybe the Yamaha XG softsynth?

Hi Gustadel Thanks for responding... Notes played on the pcr80 are abruptly cut off when I release the keys - the natural decay of the sound is wrong.Fiddling...
