Description
This is a mailing list to share information about the Roland MC-80/EX hardware sequencer, its various expansion options (VE-GSPro Voice Expansion Board & VS4S-1 SCSI Expansion Board), and related PC Software Editor/Librarians used for editing the VE-GSPro Voice Expansion Board.
The VE-GSPro Voice Expansion Board carries the same sound set as the Roland SC-88Pro, SK-88Pro & SC-880, (SC-55 & CM64 / SC-88 / SC-88Pro) and hence can be remotely controlled by any GS editing software that works with these Roland Modules.
Related topics are welcome. Discussion of earlier model Roland MC sequencers is also welcome. The operating systems are very similar.
Message archives are open to all, new membership does not require pre-approval, BUT new members initial posts are moderated. No SPAM here! We have software updates, VE-GSPro manuals & midi charts, etc ...
Come on in and discuss the greatest hardware sequencer that Roland have produced to date.
