Persian Dance Classes
Instructor Leili Tajadod Pritschet was the assistant artistic
director, dance master, choreographer and dancer at the National Opera
House in Iran. Her productions also toured England, Turkey, Pakistan,
Germany, Egypt, and Mexico.
Persian dance comes from one of the world's oldest civilizations. This
class emphasizes the pleasure of moving through the timeless dances of
that region. Leili's contemporary technique is a symbiosis of
relatively simple movements using both the formal classical ballet
discipline and fundamentals of Middle Eastern Dance. This class is a
fun and non–intimidating dance experience for all ages and levels of
skill.
