A group to discuss upcoming shows, CD releases and news about Contemporary Celtic Music in the US Midwest. The US Midwest being loosely defined as anything within a thousand miles of Chicago, IL. Anyone living within the Midwest USA is welcome to participate, or anyone who visits the Midwest for shows/fests, or anyone who can find Chicago on a map, really.

Since we often see familiar faces at gigs and fests, this gives us a chance to talk before shows, post reviews for those who could not attend, share pictures, let each other know about upcoming shows, post news about the bands, CD releases, etc.

Be sure to check out the CALENDAR for upcoming gigs by your favorite groups in your area. Feel free to post an event to the calendar if you see one missing.
