Curious to see what folks here think...I'm reading a great Bach biography,
and it mentioned a piece he wrote that included 2 lutes, plus continuo (and
various woodwinds/etc). Do you think he would have tuned his keyboard to Eq
temperament, to match the lutes; or, a Well temp, as he was reputed to have
favored? Would it have mattered much either way? Of course, we can't really
know, but it's interesting to consider...best...Hstick
