Marzipan's Tribal Drum Jam is aimed at gathering like-minded drummers, musicians and dancers in the Northern Delaware area. We meet weekly on Tuesdays (weather permiting) to share african based rhythms and all that goes with the Drum Circle experience. Experience is not necessary (but it is surely appreciated). You don't have to be a drummer to join, dancers are needed just as much as drummers (hey ladies, get funky!)! There are always extra drums on hand if you do not own one, along with every kind of noise-maker you can shake a shaker at. Also, we are a KID FRIENDLY group. My little ones will be on hand and you are encouraged to bring yours! There is a playground at our meeting park.

This group will be the main avenue for event news and locations. In general, we will be based out of Newark, DE. Stay tuned for more details!
