We need email list peeps for Colorado Springs, Boulder, Salt Lake City,
both Chicago shows and Minneapolis. You handle the email list during and
after Mike's set, and get people to sign up, and in return you and a guest
get into the show free and get some personal hang time with Mike. Whee!

Since the shows start this week, we're gonna do this quickly: the first
reply for each city will be the email list person for that show. Please
email hq@... and put "BE THE EMAIL LIST" in the Subject line.
Let us know your full name and which show you're emailing about.
